TutorLab ("we", "us") operates tutorlab.uk and the related marketing domains trytutorlab.uk and gettutorlab.uk. This policy explains what information we collect when you interact with us.
What we collect
If you contact us or reply to outreach, we keep your email address and the contents of your message so we can respond. If you sign up for the TutorLab app at tutorlab.uk, we collect your email, tutoring business details, and any student/session data you enter — covered by the main app privacy policy at tutorlab.uk.
Cold email outreach
We sometimes send outreach emails to tutors whose contact details are listed publicly on tutoring directories. If you'd rather not hear from us, reply "unsubscribe" to any email we send, or email harry@tutorlab.uk and we'll remove you from all lists immediately.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share your data with third parties for marketing. We don't use your data to train AI models outside of the features you actively use inside the TutorLab app.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can ask us what data we hold on you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Email harry@tutorlab.uk and we'll action the request within 30 days.
